Susan Talley ist Mutter und lebt mit ihrer Familie in Nashville, Tenesse. Ihr Sohn, Dalton Ross, beschloss für sein Studium nach London zu ziehen und wusste, dass sie ihn sehr vermissen wird. Damit er sie trösten kann machte er ihr ein kleines Geschenk: Eine lebensgroße Dalton-Ross-Pappfigur. Er dachte, er sei damit sehr witzig, aber er hätte nicht gedacht, dass seine Mutter witziger ist.
